Dreams
Dreams vary depending upon you. If you are full of food or alcohol, etc. then your dream will probably be either negative or your mind will be reviewing things in it that you just recently saw or heard. The dream will make no sense and could very well leave you feeling confused, scared, lost, angry, and the list goes on. Yes, God does speak to us through dreams, and also gives us instructions, but you need to be prepared for God. The body, the mind, and spirit must not be cluttered with things of the world, and the soul realm of emotions and affections must be under control. When God speaks, everything you see in your dream can be confirmed through the Word. You will also witness in your own spirit that the Lord has revealed something to you, and there will be no confusion, no fear, no anger, or any other negative emotion. You will know that you know that it was from the Lord. You may not understand all of it, and that’s okay, but you must remember it and write it down if that will help you to remember. Dreams are the inner man speaking to the outer man. The inner man can be your own thoughts, or it can be the Lord if you have accepted Him into your heart. “We are the temple of the Holy Spirit,” but that is only when you open the door to your heart and let Christ Jesus in. The very famous picture of Jesus knocking at the door is so fantastic because there is no doorknob on the outside; the doorknob is on the inside. Ask God for the vision He gave me, of the most handsome, gorgeous man I have ever seen in my life, and his eyes reached out and loved me with a love that I never felt in this world. I saw Jesus Christ within me, and not just felt God’s love, I experienced it, and have been praying and asking for that experience again and again and again. With a love like that inside of me, I want to reach the point that I can bring that love to the surface, walk in it, which means I would experience and posses it every moment through eternity, and then share it with the universe. I ache for that vision again, and I believe each time I have it I will be closer and closer to that breathtakingly beautiful man who’s arms were outstretched and ready to hold me and never let me go. I want Him more then anything else in the universe. The love I felt at that moment is beyond description for it can only be felt with the heart, the spirit. As I stated earlier, dreams are the inner man speaking to the outer man. The question that I have to anyone is: “Which inner man is speaking to you, and which inner man are you listening to, and obeying?” Are you listening to your mind and its worldly thoughts, or your soul realm with its emotions, affections and desires? Or are you listening to your body and all of its desires and lusts, or the negative and evil spirits that you have listened to and reacted upon throughout your life, or are you listening to our Lord Jesus Christ, our Father God? I want only one inner man, the Lord Jesus Christ, and I want all of my thoughts, all of my desires, and all of my feelings to be His, not mine. This is the peace that passes all understanding. This is what God wants from you, that when you walk down the street, Jesus Christ is walking down the street, in us, all over the world. This is His “second coming” that the world will see, not what they are expecting, which is Jesus in a single physical body, coming down from the physical sky in a physical cloud, setting up shop in the physical Jerusalem. This is man’s ignorance, not illumination and revelation from God. One more thing regarding dreams when God is speaking to you. God uses symbolism in your dream just as He does in His word. A tree is a person, with or without bearing fruit. Waters, oceans and seas, are multitudes of men, etc. So that is why I say to write down your dreams, and then study the Word to confirm whether it was from God or not, and to understand what God is truly saying to you if the dream is from the Lord. When the Lord gives us a dream, or a vision, He seals the devil out of it and seals His instructions to us. When the prophets saw visions they didn’t necessarily understand what they were seeing, but they documented it anyway, because they new it was from God. They were seeing through the eyes of God but did not have the revelation knowledge to know what all it meant. Plus, it was not time for it to be revealed. Today is the day. This is the “acceptable” time of the Lord.”
