DECREE

OF

THE WATCHERS

"This matter is by the decree of the watchers...to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will, and setteth up over it the basest of men." Daniel 4:17.

It goes without saying that there are untold numbers of men and women who covet the place in God's kingdom of being His watchers: His overseers, pastors, prophets, bishops, or any other office by which they can lord it over others and sift their lives as they see fit. It is a driving force in some, so much so that they call and ordain themselves into these high ranks to which people in turn bestow honor and willingly allow themselves to be their minions.

Nothing has changed since the days of the Pharisees. Whether ruling over a handful or thousands in huge churches or millions in their denominations, they make themselves anti-christs; that is, they take the place of Jesus Christ.

The land is overflowing with self-made prophets, apostles, i.e., "watchers" who assert that their revelation of the truth alone, or their church, is capable of steering you through the strait gate and narrow way to perfection. However, the truth be known, most are not the Lord's mysterious watchers at all. They are often charlatans and in more need to be watched over than their followers.

Young zealots will also rush in where angels fear to tread; but as maturity sets in, we will hear some of them echoing our own heartfelt voice: "I can barely tend to and rule myself, much less anyone else, and especially not dignitaries and powers of the world."

We are much like Jeremiah who reasoned with God about his calling when he said: "O Lord, I am but a child." Or David by saying that he did not exercise himself in great matters, or in things too high for him. And remember Jonah, the one who fled when called to prophesy against Nineveh.

Most everyone who is conscripted into God's service are reluctant recruits. Moreover, they certainly never have to work at making their calling a reality. Likewise, when it is time for a nation's regime change, neither can one make it happen nor can they prevent it from unfolding.

For example, although I never liked to write, frankly, I actually hated writing — I was called to minister the word of God primarily in the form of writing. A prophetic word came to me from a man I did not know, nor did he know me. The evangelist picked me out of a crowd of thirty or so people who had gathered for a onetime meeting here in Alamogordo, and he said:

"You have been called to write and minister My word that will go to the farthest reaches of the earth. Preachers and others will call you a false teacher. They will try to destroy you and discredit what you write, but they will all fail; for I have ordained you to this, and no one can prevent it."

Since I abhorred writing, and certainly did not have a command of the English language, I dismissed it and shortly forgot about what this strange man had decreed. However, about ten years later the Word began to pierce deeply into my heart. It was like it must have been with Jeremiah — it burned in my bones, I could not hold it in. It had to be released. And to my surprise, I was compelled to write and loved it more than words can express.

It was not long before I bought a cheap electric typewriter and had about twenty copies made of each revelation that I wrote about. I then mailed them to some of my friends and relatives who I thought would be blessed by what was given to me by the Spirit. After about a year, our mailing list of twenty grew to over a thousand. And you can be sure, I was called a false teacher, a heretic, one involved in a cult. For that matter, the brother that made the decree that I was called by God to write was the first minister to accuse me. His anointed word was a command from the throne, but what flowed from the Spirit did not conform to his theology and religious dogmas. His kingdom was shaken by what he read from The Pathfinder, so I, the enemy, had to be destroyed, but it didn't work.

Notwithstanding, I had forgotten about the word he had been given to me a decade earlier until our friend, Russell Weir, who was with us at that meeting, reminded me of it. You see, all of this was God's doing, not mine, and it made no difference whether I wanted it or not, He ruled the day!

Another example of this, but on a much wider scale can be seen in the placing of presidents, and other heads of state. Here in the U.S. we can't help from noticing a couple of major upsets with our elected presidents since 2008, and I say elected, since they were elected to hold office by a much higher power than our individual votes.

Barack Obama, a young, half black half white man, was unknown to most of the nation and the world when he announced February 10, 2007 that he was running for the office of the president of the United States of America. He quickly became a worldwide sensation. No other man comes to mind that had ever gained such notoriety so swiftly. One would have thought that his lack of personal and political achievements would have stopped him. Many also thought that among the secrecy about his past, in addition to allegations questioning the authenticity of where he was born would have been the Achilles heel upon his run for the presidency. But not so! For he went on to become the president, as well as being elected for a second term. Some were very pleased with the outcome, others were not. As many who were overjoyed that he retained his seat of power, just as many were overwrought with dashed hopes.

Most of his supporters believed that he needed another four years to save the nation from its death throes of economic collapse and racial division throughout the country, while others felt just the opposite, believing that if he was in office for a second term, he would take the nation to her knees in bankruptcy and another great depression of rampant unemployment, as well as racial divisions growing much worse.

The second upset, and perhaps with much greater earthshaking proportions for many was November 8, 2016. This was when against all odds and expectations, Hillary Rodham Clinton, lost the coveted position to a man who had never held a political office of any kind — Donald J. Trump.

With the outcome of both elections, Obama and Trump's, those opposing them lamented, they cried, they wailed, they screamed, and hated with an unrelenting passion, and many still do. Very few from either side could ever believe such "dangerous, incompetent" men could be elected; but they were. It mattered not whether the allegations brought against them were true or false; most everyone failed to understand that it is God who sets men and women in seats of power, and very often the basest of the human race. He then removes them once they have served His purpose.

Whether the decree brings a quick work or one that takes decades of processing, nations will not escape the mandate of the watchers. Until the elect of God comes forth in open power and authority, it will continue its downward spiral of rebellion and debauchery. Even when the country prospers economically and otherwise, it does not mean that judgment will not continue to be executed. The present decree of the watchers has been working for quite a number of years, at least since the early 1960s, and will continue until it has worked its perfect work. (See AMERICA UNDER JUDGMENT,

In the late 1940s and early 50s, during our grade school days in Cloudcroft, it was not uncommon for us to choose our punishment when merited; such as — a paddling, write a 100 or 1000 word essay on why we wouldn’t do this or that again. Sometimes there were no choices to be made, and that was when we had to stand with our face in the corner of the room before the rest of the class. If the offense was over the top, we were marched straight to the principal's office. He had a bigger paddle.

Remembering those times and seeing what is transpiring today, it seems to be much the same. The people suffer the consequences from their choices of elected politicians . However, the question comes into play; how much of the nation's judgment is by the decree of the watchers from behind the scene?

We are sure that most believe they have chosen the ones who are more capable of saving them from the threatening perils looming over the nation, whether imagined or real. But not many understand that there is no man on the human level who can bring this nation back to its former days of glory. It has been acclaimed that Donald Trump has made tremendous strides in Making America Great Again. Notwithstanding, the entire government, with or without him, has grown to such enormity, corruption, and self-serving ways, that there are no answers to the pollution that anyone possesses who are inside this towering monolith. Yet we can be assured, if God has chosen this man as an instrument of healing, no one cannot prevent it, and if he has not been called as such, neither he nor all who support him can make it so. It's God's call, not man's!

Sadly, politics has become the religion of millions across the land, and when that happens, how grave is that religion. But it matters not how nonsensical political religion is, people are persuaded by political preachers/pastors/senators that they can fix all the problems of the universe, especially every deprived, unfortunate, abused, offended individual who votes for them. Frankly, since man is the cause of the problem, it is not in him to fix it. If you think it is possible, perhaps you believe the damage that is done by a bull in a china closet can be let loose in it again and repair the damage? Thus many political figures of our nation! It is great, however, that some, not many, but some are more level-headed and reasonable in their approach. Yet they are mere men and woman of Adam and cannot heal the wound.

Generally, the more man puts his carnal hands to what he has made, the worse it becomes. It's the nature of man's world, and Adam is slow to learn, actually, he is ever learning, but never coming to the knowledge of the truth. He knows virtually nothing about God's rule in the earth.

Again: "This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will, and setteth up over it the basest of men." Daniel 4:17.

Let us continue by asking — how did our last two presidents gain the position of being the most powerful men in the world? Was the news media a contributing factor of the first one's victory? And were the bold promises made by the second the reason why he was elected? And do we think it was the decision of the majority of voters, or electoral college, that elected them to the presidency? Or could it be that it was due to the powers of evil that each was able to occupy the Oval Office? Some believe this to be the case for both; but, frankly, I do not believe it, nor do I believe any of the other scenarios. For if we put any faith in what the prophet Daniel and the apostle Paul said, such assumptions cannot be the cause.

Both men of God made it clear; namely, that it is He who sets men as rulers over nations. The record states that He sent lying spirits into the mouths of king Ahab’s prophets. He even sent a lying spirit to Micaiah, His own prophet. That’s right, God does things like this. Read it for yourselves:

"And the messenger that was gone to call Micaiah spake unto him, saying, Behold now, the words of the prophets declare good unto the king with one mouth: let thy word, I pray thee, be like the word of one of them, and speak that which is good. And Micaiah said, As the LORD liveth, what the LORD saith unto me, that will I speak. So he came to the king. And the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall we forbear? And he answered him, Go, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king. And the king said unto him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the LORD? And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills, as sheep that have not a shepherd: and the LORD said, These have no master: let them return every man to his house in peace. And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, Did I not tell thee that he would prophesy no good concerning me, but evil?

"And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left. And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner. And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so. Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee." 1 Kings 22:13-23.

And in a couple of dozen words, Paul solidified the fact that it is God who rules in the kingdoms of men:

"Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God." Romans13:1. And the words of Jesus to Pontius Pilate: "You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above." John 19:11.

It is essential that we understand God is not idle in the affairs of men's kingdoms. There are times when the rulers that He sets in place bring about blessings and abundance, especially when their foundations are grounded in Him. We have seen such with this nation, Canada, and Western Europe; but the right hand of blessings has been shortened, and there is no wonder. If we notice how the wind is blowing in the field of politics, economics, religion, and society, it certainly appears that there will be a flood of unprecedented hardships and evil to sweep over these nations and the world as the Psalmist wrote:

"The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves." Psalm 93:3. But "The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever." Psalm 29:10.

Even if the basest of men that are cunning serpents are chosen to bring nations to their knees, God uses them as chastening rods, along with the 535 members of Congress, the 9 Supreme Court justices, the 42,000 or so special-interest lobbyists, as well as the banking system, the Federal Reserve, the World Bank, and the IMF, not to mention the global puppeteers that most know nothing about. Can we not see that this is a part of what will set the stage for the treasures of darkness to be revealed, that is, the manifestation of the Sons of God?

Surely, get out and vote, campaign if you will, share your religious and political beliefs, opinions, and insights, expose corruption on every level, do that which burns in your hearts; for this can also be part of the workings to bring forth God's peculiar people who are waiting in the wings of His great production.

Although to some, one president or the other may be their messiah, which, according to the word’s definition, would make them antichrists (instead of Christ), this does not make either of them "the Antichrist." They are no more the Antichrsist than men like Nero, the Popes, Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Henry Kissinger, Mikhail Gorbachev were the antichrist, to name a few. Each may have been antichrist, but not the supposed Antichrist.

Frankly, and no doubt to the surprise of many, there is no place in the Bible that singles out one man as the Antichrist, often called the abomination of desolation. Notwithstanding, there were more than one that were considered to have been the abomination of desolation to which Daniel and Jesus spoke. Titus and his army, who were involved in Jerusalem’s destruction were collectively called the abomination of desolation of which Daniel and Jesus spoke. Paul’s reference was the man of sin, the son of perdition.

Luke gave this account of what Jesus said: "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near. Luke 21:20 (NKJV). You see, the uncircumcised army of Titus with their idolatrous banners was not the only one to have defiled the holy place. Among others, there was one we hear little about. By noting history, we can see that what Luke wrote about was also the Roman general, Cestius Gallus and his army. This was the first part of the abomination of desolation which occurred in A.D.66. His army surrounded the city of Jerusalem, which was considered by the Jews as the holy city, i.e., the holy place, and it was defiled by this abomination of idol worshipers.

There were many notable men who maintained that both Luke 21 and Matthew 24 were speaking of the armies of Rome being the abomination that defiled and ultimately destroyed Jerusalem in A.D. 70. This was the end of the their world (Grk. aion)! It was the end of that age. Clearly, it was not a prophecy for the latter days of this age; for after Jesus foretold the destruction of Jerusalem, He said that "this" generation would see it. And, "For this it seems to me that the abomination of desolation means the army by which the holy city of Jerusalem was made desolate." (St. John Chrysostom of Antioch (347-407), The Ante-Nicene Fathers).

Let us know that the destiny of our nation is in God's hands, not that of the people or the government. God is using all the nations of the world according to his unchanging plans. Have we ever considered that He is sovereign and uses presidents and other political figures like pieces on a chessboard, perhaps, for the purpose of humbling the nation, because it is in His works to show His judgment and as well as grace to a people that has gone completely insane? Could it be that since it is a nation that is overflowing so with self-sufficient independence, individualism, greed, and abject immorality that the best way to heal it from such idolatry and self-destruction is a crisis beyond anything that we have ever seen?

Since God is the one who "...deposes kings and raises up others" (Daniel 2:21), it doesn't matter who are the current puppets set in place by God whether they advance Globalism, Socialism, Capitalism, or the Republic of the United States of America. Each of them, along with their supporters, believe they are free-will agents that are walking as they choose to bring about their agendas. Yet let us keep in mind: "A man's heart deviseth his way, but the LORD directeth his steps." Proverbs 16:9.

Among other things, the United States has been publicly humiliated and humbled by our presidents and congress; but it has been for God's purpose, our good, and it will continue, as His agenda leads all nations to kneel before the one true King, Jesus, and we pray, very soon. Please, keep in mind, any nation that strives to build a tower that reaches up to heaven will be brought down and humbled. The tongues of the government of this nation have already been confused. They can't understand each other. It is as it was with those building the tower of Babel: "...Let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech." Genesis 11:7.

Where does the nation go from here? For starters, stop relying on the government for the answers to its dire problems. Turn away from self-made religion, self-made religious doctrines, as well from the religious gods of their own making. "Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues." Revelation 18:4.

Now, dear saints of the Most High, let us rejoice in knowing that all this is by His hand, and if our eyes have been opened and are His Holy Watchers, surely we were a part of it and had made the decree of what is transpiring today.

The watchers knew what was in the making and decreed it to be so, as they were caught away in the Spirit while in deep intercessory prayer. It might have been decreed as it was by those in 1989 when the Communist powers of the nations along the Iron Curtain were brought down and given to others with the eventual collapse of the Soviet Union. The Holy Watchers of God were instrumental then, and protocol made them instrumental with the presidential elections of November 6, 2012, and November 8, 2016. Therefore, since the watchers were called to decree these two latest presidents of the U.S., as well as all the others, how can we find fault with the fruit of our own commands? This really puts the watchers in quite a quandary; for what they see in the dark world of religion and politics as pure evil, how can they decree a word that will give them power over our beloved nation?

Frankly, in our natural, human makeup, it is not uncommon for us to make decisions that are contrary to God’s. In doing so, our votes at the polls might be cast for the one who loses the race, which indicates that we did not hear by the Spirit who He had called and elected to that office before the ages began to unfold.

If we had ever voted for any candidate of any election, and we either did not see the writing on the wall, or missed the interpretation of Mini Mini Tekel Upharsan, we were making baseless decrees the exact opposite from the ones trumpeting from on high. But when our sight and hearing were keen, our commands were from on that high place rather than beneath, and the fall of the gavel, stood over what our natural minds might have thought was just.

Therewith, we should well know that whether we hate or love Barack Hussein Obama or Donald J. Trump, each has done according to what was decreed. If either was set to bring blessings, no man nor parties of men could or can prevent it . If they were set as instruments of utter destruction, no man nor parties of men can prevent it either.

Believe it or not — everything has unfolded, and will continue to unfold, as THE WATCHERS HAVE DECREED!
