Whose Will Reigns in The Earth? And By Whose Will are People Saved?
God "...works all things after the council of His own will" Ephesians 1:11, and "You did not choose Me, but I chose you" John 15:16.
Slaves to sin, (Romans 6:20) enmity against God. It is not subject to anything that is godly, and neither can it be, flesh cannot please God (Rom. 8:7-8).
"There is none righteous, no not one. There is none that understands, there is none that seeketh after God" Romans 3:10-11.
"The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. Who can know it?" (Jer. 17:9).
When the Voice of the Son of God is heard, then he will live John 5:24-25. This is election! It is conscription! This is not a volunteer army by any means! It is the draft unto life evermore!

No man can come to Him unless drawn by the Spirit (John. 6:44). I will draw all men to Myself John 12:32. People do not draw themselves. They are slaves to the nature they bear. Dead slaves cannot resuscitate themselves.
He works in them the will and the to do of His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13).
