THE ZEAL OF THE LORD OF HOSTS WILL PERFORM THIS.     Part 6

(Isaiah 9:7).We all probably have some plans for the future. Plans involving ‘spiritual things’ just might get relegated to the ‘not-so-important’ list … but be encouraged for Father’s zeal will call you, choose you and make you faithful. In this training time (the ‘now’ boot-camp), we are all followers (v.7) The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. The meaning of ‘ZEAL’ includes, ardor, passion, fervor which includes eager interest and enthusiasm [the original meaning, in turn, includes ‘possessed by God’ … and that is our starting point]; ready always to learn more.  The zeal of thine house has eaten me up (Psalm.69:9). The more we press toward the mark for this high calling, the more me, myself and I will get eaten up. No more of what I want … no more of my plans! Appreciation and therefore acceptance of others will release the love that God is. You will talk about what enthralls you ( a bit like when you fell in love and got engaged?)  The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
