THE EARTH AND THE HEAVEN ….. Part 1. Read the scriptures slowly and let the words communicate ... (Proverbs 3:19) The Lord by wisdom [all inclusive far-seeing wisdom not logical to man’s wisdom!] hath founded THE EARTH; by understanding He hath established THE HEAVEN. (20) By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew (= WATER of the word). What has been hidden is revealed. Planet earth is a part of the overall heavens; you can’t have one without the other. The Lord designed and created the earth in such a way that it would be possible for His man to fathom the depths of its detail … getting to know the designer more. Wisdom shows that His plan was for man to know its details because, out of all His creation, only man(kind) can tune into such wisdom (God’s) … but so few do! The earth is constantly changing whereas the heaven is established and fixed in its orbital activity … basically unchangeable although more and more of its content is being unveiled. “Show me Lord!” … “ Teach me Lord!” … “Lead me Lord!” It is evident that I need your WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING and KNOWLEDGE. ‘Wisdom’ (Hb.) has many meanings … can be founded (like a foundation); settled as from a sit-down consultation; supports ‘the house of experience’. ‘Understanding’ (Hb. intelligence and understanding) which leads to being ‘Established’ ***. (Hb.) also has many meanings … to fix; appoint; prepare; render sure, erect, prosperous; proper. ‘Knowledge’ (Hb.) also has many meanings … instruction; purpose; cunning - being aware or unaware (of the ‘plan’; consideration; certainty. *** your conclusions are not to be influenced by others! (Let each be persuaded in his own mind). At the time of the birth, the coming forth of Jesus Christ (the Seed), there were ‘wise men’ who knew the heavens and followed ‘His Star’. As Christ-Jesus comes forth in all His fullness (The Harvest of that Seed) …are there any wise men among us today who are able to ‘look at the heavens’ and know its secrets? The secrets unveil God’s character and His desires for us ... His/our destiny.. t.b.c.
