Just-A-Thought No.479 (October 13th. 2015) The UNKNOWN God (Acts 17:23) For as I passed by, and beheld (he heard them …) your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, Him declare I unto you. “O My God” is a phrase often heard to express surprise. Mostly from unbelievers (and that includes unbelieving-believers!) who are actually ignorantly declaring that God is in them of a truth. They speak such words from their spirit not experientially knowing that Christ is in them. Remember everything that God created was the result of His words being spoken … i.e. having breath added to their thoughts. (Genesis_2:7} And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul … which can speak life and truth. The breath of life came from God (Love in action) … therefore that breath was God’s life imparted. (Ezekiel 37::5) Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: Breath and ‘spirit’ are inseparable expressions. Every word spoken requires breath. Every word spoken is spirit and every word is creative. Each of us is in the full-time restoration business of the kingdom. Decreeing is becoming a top priority. So it is thus recommended that we do not stifle praise. from such can come that still small voice from our Father telling us the direction of our decrees. We are in partnership with Father (co-labourers together). |
