Elwin's PondeRoacha Lite Breakfast

Ingredients:
1) Cereal of your choice (whole grain & unsweetened is best)
2) 1/2 Banana
3) 1/3 Apple
4) 2 oz. English Walnuts and/or sliced Almonds (toasted) or nut
of choice
5) tbsp Crasains or Raisins
6) tsp of Flax Seed (ground)
7) 1/2 fresh Jalapeno pepper (chopped) (Cayenne pepper can be add
to taste)
8) 1/2 cup of 2% Organic Milk (Almond or Coconut milk works well
too)
