SEPTEMBER 5
A LIVING AFFIRMATION
“This people have I formed
for Myself; they shall shew
forth My praise.” (Isa.
43:21)
We are “being born again,
not of corruptible seed, but
of incorruptible, by the
Word of God,” (1 Pet.1:23).
Born of the Word, to express
all its inherent qualities,
for the nature of this
people is the nature of the
Word. Yes, even that Word
which was present “when the
morning stars sang together,
and all the sons of God
shouted for joy.” (Job
38:7).
Rejoicing in the bosom of
wisdom, considering the
streams of love which would
embrace time’s passage.
Shouting for joy because of
the fruitfulness which lay
gendered in the Spirit,
ready for the outworking of
God’s purpose. Throbbing
with delight for the outflow
of knowledge to be released
in proper cycles throughout
the ages. Singing the
praises of Him who would so
sovereignly control the
interplay of good and evil
that all should redound to
His glory.
“When God made promise to
Abraham, because He could
swear by no greater, He
sware by Himself. – Wherein
God, willing more abundantly
to shew unto the heirs of
promise the immutability of
His counsel, confirmed it by
an oath.” (Heb. 6:13,17).
CONFIRMED – a Greek word
that literally means: HE
INTERPOSED HIMSELF, that is,
He placed Himself into the
position of being the
Mediator responsible for its
fulfillment. Therefore,
Jesus Christ came forth as
the living expression of
that oath in confirmation.
He sware by Himself, He
manifested Himself, He
interposed Himself for there
is none greater by whom
fulfillment might come.
But, Jesus Christ, the
Living Affirmation of that
oath, is the First-born of
many brethren. MANY BRETHREN
to also become affirmations
of that oath, born of His
Word, to express His intent,
will, and purpose. That Word
of Redemption, declared in
ages past, shall be
expressed in a people He has
formed, processed, and
matured, to shew forth His
praise.
